professional individual to develop and implement a private-sector partnership strategy that supports
the dissemination of U.S. Government messaging related to voluntary return and the CBP Home
App.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, technical expertise, research, coordination, creative support, and other resources necessary to identify, establish, and manage strategic alliances with private-sector organizations, develop communication materials, monitor campaign performance, and deliver all required services and deliverables in accordance with the requirements described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The work includes research and baseline development, private-sector landscape analysis, pilot validation with one additional partner company, developing a partnership strategy identifying three target guilds and a minimum of ten individual companies, producing creative materials, deploying QR code tracking, and submitting monthly progress reports, a mid-term review, and a final evaluation report.
