The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials and equipment for the design, engineering, purchase of all materials, manufacturing, and assembly of beamline shielded enclosures (hutches) to protect personnel from synchrotron and Bremsstrahlung radiation. The Contractor shall then deliver, install, and test the enclosures at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The work includes detailed design, engineering analysis, manufacturing, inspection, acceptance testing, installation, and training for BSA personnel. The Contractor must provide a Program Plan, Preliminary and Final Design Review reports, a Health and Safety Plan, an Installation/Work Plan, and End Item documentation. The enclosures must be designed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Technical Specifications, and all referenced codes, and must be structurally certified by a Professional Engineer registered in New York State.
