DOCKSIDE USCGC ACTIVE FY27 DS

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and facilities necessary to perform dockside repairs on the USCGC ACTIVE. Work includes structural repairs, preservation of critically coated surfaces, and other ship repair tasks as defined in the specification and statement of work. The contractor must provide a facility accessible from a navigable waterway with a minimum water depth of 18 feet and a minimum height clearance of 100 feet. The contractor is responsible for production control, including submitting Critical Inspection Reports (CIRs) within the first 25% of the contract period and all other inspection reports within the first 40%. The contractor must also provide a production schedule, work package network, manpower loading curves, trade manning curves, and a subcontracting list within three working days of the vessel's arrival.
