Physical Security Services, Coos Bay District BLM,

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, materials and training to provide security patrol services at the BLM Coos Bay District Office, 1300 Airport Lane, North Bend, OR 97459. Services include nightly security checks twice a day, 365 days per year, between 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM, with varied patrol times; answering standby alarm calls from the main security alarm company; providing physical alarm response services from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and holidays; securing the facility on alarm calls and filing reports with Law Enforcement; checking all office and multi-purpose building exterior doors to ensure they are closed and locked; checking for open windows; walking the perimeter fence line and checking for down or cut fence openings; and leaving door tags and messages for the Government POC.
