REPRODUCTION WALLPAPER AND CARPET FOR THE IRONMAST

The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, travel, facilities, and shipping/delivery necessary to fabricate, deliver, and install rolls of reproduction wallpaper and carpeting sufficient to cover the Main Entryway & Staircase, Office, Parlor, and Dining Room in the Ironmaster's House. The work includes selection and fabrication of four wallpapers with two rooms requiring borders and four rooms of carpeting, verification of amounts, submission of a detailed plan of work, submission of final test patterns for approval, and installation of finished rolls. The contractor must provide sufficient yardage to accommodate pattern matching and waste plus an additional 10% surplus yardage for the park to keep on hand. The project shall be accomplished at the contractor's facility with final installation at Hopewell Furnace NHS.
