FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION - PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE FOR DENTAL SYSTEM AT LAWTON INDIAN HOSPITAL IN LAWTON, OK

The contractor shall provide 1-year comprehensive coverage for service and repair of Cerec Oral Scanner, Milling Unit, Prime Print, and Prime Print PPU 3D Printer at a fixed annual rate. Services include annual scheduled preventative maintenance inspections per the Dentsply Sirona Cerec system checklist, unscheduled repair visits with 48-hour on-site response time including OEM replacement parts, travel, and labor, access to a service hotline, and 24/7 technical support with a 4-hour phone response time. The contractor must notify the Biomedical Engineering Department prior to performing services, obtain a visitor's pass, and sign in/out at the Security Office. A service report must be submitted within 5 business days after services rendered.
