The contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, parts, and labor to accomplish dry dock repairs on the NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson, including temporary services, dry docking and routine dry dock work, dock trials, sea trials, cathodic protection inspection and repair, rudder inspections and repairs, propulsion shaft renewal, ABS load line certification, ClearFlo system inspection and repair, underwater hull recoating, anchors/chains/windlass inspection and repairs, ABS tank inspections, various piping inspection and repairs, miscellaneous structural and corrosion mitigation repairs, ballast tanks preservation, refrigeration system annual maintenance, fast rescue boat annual inspection, life raft annual inspections and servicing, lifting appliance certifications, fire and safety annual inspections, main engine servicing, Detroit Diesel/MTU servicing, pressure vessels inspections, CO stateroom repairs, galley equipment servicing, exhaust system cleaning, reduction gear and clutch servicing, air compressor servicing, above water hull/freeboard preservation, component spatial sensor alignment survey, sea chest and fire main strainer overhaul, line and net cutter replacement, HSL davits annual servicing, weather deck non-skid renewal, various interior deck preservations, HVAC systems pressure test, exterior weathertight door renewals, centralized machinery control system refresh and groom, davits preservation, machinery space bilges degrease/clean/preservation, and TracVision Direct TV antenna replacement, plus optional growth work and post-industrial period berthing.
