Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-27-QA003
for M82 Setback Pin in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal. This solicitation is issued in accordance
with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a
non-commercial supply. This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under
332992 - Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing; size standard is 1300 employees.
This solicitation will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror.This solicitation will result in a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Base Year plus an Option Year with range pricing. The Option will be evaluated at time of award.

The contractor must manufacture and deliver M82 Setback Pins per Drawing 13-19-166-2 Revision F, including a First Article Test (FAT) of 10 samples per lot. The base year requires 46,000 each (CLIN 0001) and one FAT lot (CLIN 0002). The option year requires range pricing for 1,000–46,000 each (CLIN 1001) and one FAT lot (CLIN 1002). Delivery is FOB destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR, with inspection and acceptance at destination. The contractor must submit a Certificate of Compliance with each shipment and comply with MIL-STD-1916 acceptance standards.
