All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must provide a Liquid Chromatography-High Resolution Accurate Mass Spectrometry (LC-HRAM) system meeting specified performance characteristics including a mass spectrometer with resolving power of at least 100,000 FWHM at m/z 200, mass accuracy ≤ 1 ppm RMS over 12 hours, scan rate ≥ 10 Hz at 60,000 FWHM, and an ESI source. The system must include a UHPLC capable of operating at pressures up to 1,000 bar, a temperature-controlled autosampler, and integrated software for untargeted metabolomics and lipidomics. On-site installation and 3-5 days of user training by a factory-certified engineer are required. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to Hagerman, ID, by October 30, 2026.
