Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Atlas Copco SF11 Compressor Greater Los Angeles Sepulveda CBOC and Nursing Home Facility
The contractor shall repair the Atlas Copco SF11 Compressor in Bldg. 7 Equipment Service Room B-1A at the Sepulveda OPC & Nursing Home, 16111 Plummer St, North Hills, CA 91343. Work includes replacing the pump, starters, overloads, air filters, and contacts to conform to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations, and verifying operational function. The contractor shall supply Personal Protection Equipment and proper Lock Out/Tag Out equipment. The period of performance is 120 days from date of award, with normal working hours 7:00am to 4:30 pm excluding National holidays.
