Construct North Unit Visitor Center at BADL

The work consists of constructing a one-story, 17,176 square foot visitor center with a tall entry atrium, exhibit spaces, gift shop, administrative offices, educational spaces, and public restrooms, plus site improvements including parking and circulation. The project includes cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, metal decking, rough and finish carpentry, architectural casework, building insulation, air and water barriers, flashing and sheet metal, joint sealers, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum doors, storefront and curtainwall, wood doors, access doors, interior sliding glass doors, overhead coiling doors, sliding automatic entrances, aluminum sliding service windows, hardware and specialties, glazing, gypsum drywall, tile, acoustical treatment, resilient flooring, carpet, wall coverings, painting, high performance coatings, toilet partitions, wall protection, toilet accessories, flagpoles, firefighting devices, roller window shades, fire-suppression sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utilities.
