The primary responsibility of the requirement is to support the unit’s maintenance management programs, implement the maintenance program, and analyze maintenance trends.

The contractor shall provide a Maintenance Management Specialist to support II MEF Support Battalion. Tasks include tracking preventive maintenance schedules, maintaining equipment readiness status, analyzing maintenance trends, monitoring corrective maintenance actions, supporting inspections and audits, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring required certifications and licensing are tracked, researching applicable maintenance policies, coordinating with maintenance sections and higher headquarters, and assisting with implementation of new maintenance systems. The specialist must have knowledge of Marine Corps maintenance programs, at least five years of experience with GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst, proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office programs, and a SECRET level security clearance.
