The contractor shall provide all necessary transportation, labor, equipment, materials, weights, measures, testing materials, and perform all operations in conjunction with testing, inspecting, and reporting the condition of the equipment. Services include annual inspections (full functional no-load operational test and rated load test up to 110% of capacity), written reports, certificates and decals, preventative maintenance (lubrication, minor adjustments, replacement of worn parts), and corrective maintenance and unscheduled repairs. The contractor must certify that each piece of equipment meets 29 CFR 1910 requirements.
