Regional Innovation Clusters

The contractor shall provide a workforce to support the SBA Office of Investment and Innovation in creating new Regional Innovation Clusters. The contractor is responsible for four components: (1) Maintenance of Cluster Network in Specified Industry, including describing the industry and region served, current state of the industry, and relevant stakeholders and partners; (2) Small Business Support Service Delivery, providing one-on-one or small group support to help small businesses commercialize technology and grow; (3) Cluster Management and Oversight, including project management, membership management, and use of a CRM system; and (4) Report/Metrics Development, including quarterly narrative and quantitative reports, annual reports, and compliance with program evaluation requests. The contractor shall propose one target industry from a list including Advanced Manufacturing, Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Supply Chains, Defense Industrial Base Technologies and Components, Energy/Critical Materials/Industrial Inputs, Food Supply and Agricultural Systems, and Transportation/Logistics/Industrial Infrastructure, and one geographic region to be served.
