This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement is for Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance and Services to provide insurance and evacuation services to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region IX personnel or individuals doing work on behalf of FEMA in US Territories in the Pacific.

The contractor will act as a third-party provider coordinating access to health care, medical assistance, travel assistance, and security assistance services for FEMA employees or designated members on official travel within the Pacific Islands and territories (excluding Hawaii). Services include verifying eligibility, consulting on medical condition and recommended course of action, obtaining financial authorization from a designated Authorizing Person before billable services, arranging medical evacuation, repatriation, and related travel services, and providing routine updates throughout each case. The contractor must support up to 215 employees per membership year, with average trips of 30 days (not exceeding 120 days), and provide membership services 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the period of performance.
