CNAL Office Furniture

The contractor shall provide, deliver, and install all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) as specified in the Performance Work Statement and Enclosure 1 (FF&E List), including powered height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, modular cubicle workstations, collaborative area furniture, conference room chairs, and SIPR room furniture. The contractor is also responsible for disassembly and off-site disposal of existing office furniture, electrical work to extend existing circuits to new furniture locations, cable management, and final testing and labeling. The contractor must coordinate with CNAL points of contact, provide bi-weekly delivery updates, conduct a joint pre-installation damage walkthrough, and perform a final inspection and walkthrough. All work must comply with ADA, OSHA, and egress requirements, and the contractor must protect building finishes and flooring during the project.
