The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct the project atoutlined instatement of work and detailed in the specifications, drawings, and plans attached hereto.
The estimated value of this project is less than $35,000.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 238220.

The contractor shall remove the existing Rheem up flow natural gas furnace and install a new high-efficiency (AFUE rating of 95% or more) natural gas furnace for the 2851 sq. ft. warehouse/shop building. Work includes pre-installation site inspection and load calculation, removal and disposal of old equipment, supply and installation of the furnace, ductwork, thermostat, and CO detector, connection to existing natural gas line and electrical supply, Category IV venting, testing and commissioning including combustion analysis, and cleanup and handover with documentation.
