NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for 4 ea Osprey Valve Bronze Marine Gate Valves, P/N M100982, 12 BRZ 150 FLGD GATE BB OSY BRZ TRIM ANSI B16.5 B148.
This requirement is sole sourced to Tork Systems, Inc due to being the only authorized source to provide government sales
for Osprey Valves. Osprey Valves owns the proprietary technical data rights, manufacturing drawings, and design specifications for the required supplies. Strict form, fit, and function parameters are required to maintain the structural integrity, pressure rating, and seawater compatibility of the existing shipboard piping system. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
