The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to perform environmental cleaning, corrosion removal, debris removal, limited wall cleaning, and application of protective floor coating at designated battery charging stations located in multiple DLA Distribution buildings at Tinker AFB. Specific buildings include B18, B10 (Stock Rooms A and C), B11, B412, B416 (North and South), B506, B510, and B469. The contractor must clean designated floor areas, wipe battery charger surfaces free of corrosion and debris, remove debris from beneath charger racks, clean walls up to one foot above floor level where specified, collect and containerize contaminated water, and apply protective floor coating with a 24-48 hour cure time.
