The contractor will safely disconnect, dismantle, remove, and dispose of original serving line equipment. The contractor shall provide cold and hot main serving line accessories with complete installation for the galley, verify all connections are in proper working order, provide a one-year warranty for repair and maintenance, provide free staff training on equipment use, and safely disconnect, dismantle, remove, and dispose of original serving line equipment. The contractor is responsible for all delivery to Naval Support Facility Deveselu, Romania, including supervision, removal of existing equipment in accordance with EU circular economy directives, loading/unloading, installation, assembly, and disposal of packaging. The contractor must contact the POC at least 15 working days prior to shipping, coordinate delivery, provide 72-hour notification, and request base access at least 14 business days prior to delivery. The contractor shall perform inspections before and after work and provide a corrective action plan if needed.
