The station requires building, grounds, utilities, and related facilities maintenance and operational support as described in the attached Statement of Work.
The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, and services necessary to maintain the station's facilities, equipment, and Government-owned assets in safe, reliable, and operational condition. Services include electrical services (preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems), air-conditioning maintenance and repair, real property maintenance and repair (carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, welding), warehouse support (receipt, handling, storage, inventory, movement of Government property), and maintenance and repair of Government-owned vehicles, heavy equipment, UTVs, and gasoline/diesel-powered tools. The contractor shall also provide temporary additional services as needed, such as support for system failures, special events, or emergencies.
