The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to inspect, clean, restore coils, refurbish and seal AHU floors, walls, and blowers, perform required testing and commissioning, and return the units to safe and efficient operation in accordance with the Statement of Work.
