The contractor shall provide all necessary staffing, equipment, materials, and management to perform flooring installation services including demolition, removal, and disposal of existing flooring, floor preparation, and installation of new flooring materials such as LVT, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, epoxy flooring, VCT, and cove base. The work also includes furniture lifting in occupied spaces, heat welding, and flash cove and corners. The contractor must ensure proper installation per manufacturer specifications, maintain a clean work area, and comply with all safety and security protocols at the VA facilities. The services will be performed primarily at the Baltimore VA Medical Center (10 North Greene Street, Baltimore, MD) and also at Loch Raven VA Medical Center and Perry Point VA Medical Center.
