Region 10's Superfund and Emergency Management Division’s (SEMD) Emergency Management Site Assessment and Removal Branch (EMSARB) would like to acquire two (2) Handheld X-ray Fluorescence Analyzers (XRFs), one (1) XRF Pole, and two (2) XRF Bipods. The XRFs must meet specifications including adjustable analysis time, portable test stand/field bipod, multiple data transfer options (WiFi, Data cable, Bluetooth), weight < 5 lbs, minimum memory 16 GB, battery life >10 hours, dust proof (IP54 rated), and element detection range of Mg-U with 25 elements minimum. They must be able to detect Lead, Arsenic, Chromium within +/- 20% precision and accuracy. The equipment must be from a Hitachi-certified dealer; no other brand will be considered. Delivery is to the EPA Seattle Emergency Response Logistics Center at 1620 S. 92nd Place Suite B, Seattle, WA 98108.
