The contractor shall provide a contractor-owned and contractor-operated mobile retail vehicle to conduct on-site fitting, sizing, and issuance of ASTM F2413 compliant safety footwear at Building 6005, 1150 USS Los Angeles Road, Kings Bay, Georgia 31547. The contractor shall provide scheduled visits once every month and may be requested for additional on-call visits. The contractor shall invoice the allowable footwear price (not to exceed $300.00 per pair) and a firm-fixed-price per visit for mobile retail vehicle operations. The BPA ordering period is from 28 September 2026 through 30 March 2031.
