The contractor shall provide all parts, materials (except consumables or accessories), software updates, labor, and travel for preventive maintenance and non-routine repairs on 28 Arjo Maxi Sky 2 lifts, 2 Maxi Sky 1000 lifts, 10 Handicare C625 lifts, and 2 Handicare C1000 lifts located at the Sheridan VA Medical Center, 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, WY 82801. Services include annual preventive maintenance, unlimited emergency repair and call-back services with a 1-hour response for emergencies and 3-hour response for non-emergencies, and restoration to full performance within 72 hours. The contractor must provide a toll-free number for 24/7 assistance and submit field service reports. The contract period of performance is 12 months with four optional 12-month extensions.
