This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336411 – Aircraft Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must deliver a professional-grade unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with a minimum lift capacity of 250 lbs, a tank capacity of at least 30 gallons liquid or 45 gallons solid, capable of treating up to 150 acres per hour for liquid and 250 acres per hour for solids. The system must include 360-degree millimeter-wave radar obstacle avoidance, real-time material monitoring, FPV live video, a lifetime ground control software license, comprehensive training materials, FAA regulatory support, and a one-year manufacturer warranty. Deliverables include the UAV airframe, FPV camera, obstacle avoidance system, toolkit, ground link controller, battery charger, six batteries, a liquid sprayer system, and a granular spreader system, shipped fully assembled to 808 E. Blackland Road, Temple, TX 76502 within 60 days after receipt of order.
