This acquisition is set-aside for women-owned small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The contractor must supply nine (9) new, unused, independently portable, online/offline transformer oil purification and vacuum dehydration systems, each permanently affixed to an enclosed trailer. The system must remove free, emulsified and dissolved water to below 10 ppm, dissolved gases, and particulate from Type I and Type II transformer oils. It must process oil at a minimum of 10 GPM from up to 100 feet horizontally and 20 feet vertically, service transformers containing 150 to 8,000 gallons, and operate on a 3-phase 480V 60Hz supply. The trailer must be legally towable on Washington State roads without additional permitting. The system must include automated controls, alarms, heating elements (minimum 64kW), solar charging system, and all required hoses and connections. Delivery is FOB destination to Grand Coulee, Washington.
