The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Criminal Investigation (CI), intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of Hard Drives and Removable Media in accordance with the specifications and quantities identified in the attached solicitation.
This requirement is being solicited as an open-market commercial product acquisition. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology to the responsible Quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements, is determined technically acceptable, and provides the lowest evaluated price.
This notice constitutes the solicitation for this requirement. Interested vendors shall review the attached solicitation and supporting documentation for the complete technical specifications, line items, terms and conditions, and quotation submission requirements.
The contractor shall provide brand name or equal enterprise-class SATA hard drives (2TB through 16TB), encrypted portable USB flash drives (128GB, 256GB, 512GB), and Synology-compatible 16TB SATA HDDs, including shipping to one CONUS location (zip code 22193). All 3.5-inch hard drives must be shipped on pallets and bulk packaged in 20-25 drives per box. The contractor must provide documentation verifying that each offered item meets the minimum salient characteristics, including manufacturer data sheets, FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certification for flash drives, and Synology DS1621+ compatibility documentation for CLIN 0011.
