Procurement Of Minimum 28 Foot Vessel, W/Twin 300

The contractor must provide a minimum 28-foot fiberglass hull vessel with foam-filled flotation, self-bailing cockpit, heavy-duty rub rail, welded stainless steel rails and hardware, reinforced transom and deck for dive operations, swim platform with telescoping ladder, starboard transom walkthrough, stainless steel bow and stern eyes, and garboard drain plug. The vessel must be powered by two Mercury 300 CXL V8 AMS 4-stroke outboard engines with power steering, active engine trim, tilt steering, and stainless steel propellers. It must have a minimum 160-gallon fuel tank, automatic bilge pump (minimum 1200 GPH), battery system with trays and switches (2 house / 1 per engine), and electric trim tabs with indicators. The vessel must accommodate minimum 12-person occupancy, include a freshwater system (minimum 18 gallons), raw water washdown system, and storage for dive gear and maintenance equipment. Navigation and electronics must include a multi-function display (minimum 12-inch screen) with GPS, chartplotter, fishfinder, CHIRP/SideScan/DownScan transducer, VHF radio, LED navigation and courtesy lighting, remote spotlight, compass, and wireless phone charger. Deck and console must include helm fiberglass lean post with convertible seating, forward console lounge and seating, casting platform aft, lockable storage compartments, acrylic access door with stainless steel latch, electronics mounting surface, and stainless steel drink holders and hooks. A fiberglass hardtop with integrated lighting, forward and aft floodlights, dome light (red and white), lifejacket storage, and hardtop storage box is required. The trailer must be aluminum construction with dual torsion axle, disc brakes, LED lighting, radial tires, guide-on stanchions, and spare tire. Color scheme must be neutral or light-colored exterior and upholstery.
