The contractor must perform investigation, design, construction of remedial systems, operation and maintenance of established remedies, remedy optimization, and achievement of site-specific Performance Objectives at 58 IRP sites and 5 MMRP sites across Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, and Tyndall AFB. Specific tasks include developing and updating Project Management Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, Community Involvement Plans, and Quality Program Plans; performing well abandonment; conducting long-term monitoring; achieving remedial actions, site assessments, and site closeouts; and conducting RA-O in accordance with approved Decision Documents/Records of Decision.
