Establish a secure, redundant underground utility corridor for 480V power and OSP fiber to two tie-in points. Work includes approximately 800 LF of horizontal directional drilling under airfield pavements at minimum 8 ft depth; primary circuit tie-in splicing into 22.9kV base loop in manhole 110; installation of one pad-mounted transformer, 22.9kV primary to 480Y/277V secondary, 250kVA; backup system with 400A NEMA 3R manual transfer switch and cannon plug receptacle; NEMA 3R/4X communications cabinet with fiber patch panels; airfield pavement restoration and remarking per UFC 3-260-04; PE-stamped load study; and Quality Level B SUE utility scan.
