NOTE: If this NAICS is not listed as one of your organization’s codes in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, you will need to certify your business size for this NAICS (prior to award), via FAR Clause 52.212-3, Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications--- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to provide static billboard advertising and presence in five major markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston, San Antonio, and Killeen. Advertisements shall be static (no digital) and confined to an 8-mile radius of identified universities and military installations. The contractor must provide billboards in specified focus areas, allow TXANG to select different images per billboard, and complete the campaign within one year of award.
