Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to repair and replace the Airfield HVAC Units as specified in the Perfomance Work Statement. The work must be performed in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Performance Period: The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The contractor shall furnish and install all systems as specified in the PWS at Grissom Air Reserve Base, IN. Work includes removal of existing BARD and EUBANK wall-mounted HVAC units and installation of new BARD wall units at facilities 624, 702, 704, 731, 705, 716, and 714. The contractor must provide a fully functional and complete working system, participate in a post-award orientation meeting, provide a Quality Control Plan, Project Schedule, and Accident Prevention Plan, and warrant all products and services for one year from Government acceptance. The contractor shall also perform Contractor's Field Tests and Performance Verification Testing, and submit various technical data packages.
