CCAO Pavilion Insulated Glass Units - Fabrication and Delivery
The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office, requires the fabrication and delivery of insulated glass units for installation into a PEQUEA 24' x 50' Timber Pavilion Frame located at Folsom Dam. Solicitation 140R2026Q0091 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Overhaul Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and no separate written solicitation will be issued.
The requirement includes fabrication to field verified dimensions and delivery of eight insulated glass units in accordance with the specifications provided in the RFQ package. Vendors shall provide pricing for the firm fixed price line items listed in the solicitation.
Quotes are due August 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time and shall be emailed to margaret_jones@ios.doi.gov. See RFQ instructions (52.212 1 Addendum) for submission and technical information requirements.

The contractor shall fabricate and deliver eight insulated glass units sized to fit the truss openings at both ends of the pavilion. The contractor must field verify all dimensions prior to fabrication, provide 1/2 inch clearance on all edges, and meet product specifications: fully tempered insulated glass, 1/4" Low-E 366 or equal over 1/4" clear, 1 inch overall thickness. Delivery is to the Central California Area Office at 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630 within 30 days after receipt of order.
