Ncr-Wotr: Elevator Inspection And Repair

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to provide complete preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and emergency callback service for three conveyances at the Filene Center. Services include monthly preventive maintenance (April through December), annual preventive maintenance and inspection, biweekly inspections, quarterly and semi-annual tasks, five-year safety and buffer tests per ASME A17.1/CSA B44-2019, emergency callback service with two-hour on-site response, and maintenance repairs up to $3,000 per incident. Reimbursable repairs exceeding $3,000 per incident and Category 2 pre-existing deficiencies are ordered under CLIN 0003. The Contractor must also perform an initial joint inspection, submit an Existing-Conditions Baseline Report, and maintain a Quality Control Program.
