The contractor shall remove the existing CRAC unit, safely disconnect and decommission it, and dispose of it properly. They will deliver and install a new CRAC unit, connecting it to the existing chilled water or DX system and electrical infrastructure, then configure and calibrate it. Integration and testing will validate airflow, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions per ASHRAE standards. The contractor will also update documentation including system diagrams, inventory records, and installation reports.
