Chiller Phase 1 - HVAC Riser Survey

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and any other items deemed necessary to perform the Chiller Phase 1 Main Treasury (MT) HVAC Riser Survey as described in the Statement of Work. This includes surveys to locate and identify HVAC risers and riser isolation valves to create an as-built drawing, conducting flushing and cleaning procedures on the perimeter fan coil units located on the first floor of the main treasury, and producing a set of paper drawings for contractor use and mark-up. Specific procedures include turning off fan coil units, removing enclosures, flushing and reverse flushing coils, reassembling enclosures, verifying operation, and producing as-built drawings with room numbers. On the fifth floor, the contractor must locate cooling/heating risers, verify locations against drawings, label risers, verify isolation valve locations and piping sizes, measure distances, and locate spaces for new isolation control valves.
