This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the Contractor to provide Staff Room Restoration Services for the U.S. Consulate General Sapporo U.S. Consulate General Sapporo, Japan.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
All U.S. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation, in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters must complete registration before submitting their quotations.
Overseas Contractors are recommended to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award.

The contractor must restore Room B03 in the U.S. Consulate Sapporo. Work includes removal of acoustic wall finish and ceiling board, chipping and removing concrete pad, constructing metal studs with gypsum board and insulation, installing sliding closet doors and window film, restoring ceilings with a new grid system and LED lighting, relocating breaker panels, installing power outlets and USB ports, pouring concrete and installing carpet tiles, and daily cleaning. All work must comply with Japan Architectural Specification Standard, building electrical codes of Japan, and SHASE standards. Materials must meet or exceed Japan Industrial Standard. The contractor must submit shop drawings, samples, and a work schedule for approval. Work hours are 09:00 to 17:00 weekdays. The contractor must guarantee work for one year.
