Government Owned Contractor Operated Fuel Storage Facility at DFSP Tampa, FL

The contractor shall provide services for receiving, protecting, storing and shipping U.S. Government-Owned Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade Jet-A at DFSP Tampa, FL. The contractor must operate and maintain the terminal, including three 55,000-barrel tanks, pipelines, a truck fill stand, and ancillary facilities. Responsibilities include product quality surveillance, inventory control, security, safety, environmental compliance, and preparation of eight plans (Maintenance, Operations, Inventory Control and Accountability, Safety, Security, Training, Contractor Compliance Plan, Product Quality Surveillance). The contractor shall also provide key personnel including a Corporate Fuels Officer, Terminal Superintendent (minimum six years specialized experience), and Assistant Superintendent (minimum three years experience).
