The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.

The contractor shall furnish and install all labor, material, tools, equipment, daily supervision and other related items required to complete the renovation of one kitchen and four bathrooms in apartment B211 at the Boulogne compound. Work includes demolition of existing fixtures, flooring, and wall tiles; new plumbing and electrical wiring; installation of new sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, faucets, mirrors, lighting, ceramic floor and wall tiles, electric towel dryers, and bathroom accessories; resurfacing floors; painting doors, frames, and ceilings; and all associated site protection, cleanup, and disposal of debris. The work shall be performed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00, and must be completed within 6 weeks.
