The contractor must furnish 3 linear, direct valves complete in accordance with BW/IP International drawing 24760-1, meeting extensive material certification, testing (dye penetrant, pressure testing, ultrasonic inspection), traceability, and quality assurance requirements applicable to Level I/SUBSAFE material. Items must be packaged and marked per MIL-STD-2073 with Level 1 markings, and delivered to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard within 365 days of contract effective date. The contractor must submit an Inspection and Test Plan, Certification for Special Emphasis Material, and Test Certifications as CDRLs, and maintain a Navy-acceptable Quality Assurance Manual.
