The contractor shall provide multi-discipline professional A-E services for various projects throughout Washington, California, Oregon, Arizona, South Dakota, Idaho, and on Reservation Lands affected by historic coal mining. Work includes geotechnical site investigations, development of reclamation plans and specifications, participation in pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, monitoring of reclamation construction activities, preparation of final reports, AML inventory, and AML feature monitoring geotechnical investigations. The contractor must be capable of responding to and working on multiple task orders concurrently and must respond to required site services within 48 hours of receiving the Notice to Proceed.
