RFI responses have been officially posted in ProjNet under Bidder Inquiry Key 8BRUZI-438NZF; b. All RFI inquiries currently marked with a Request Pending status in ProjNet are not addressed in this amendment. Responses to these outstanding inquiries will be provided in a future amendment(s). *** Amendment 0003 - (1) The bid due date is extended to 06 November 2026, at 1:45 P.M. Japan Standard Time (JST) and bid opening will be at 2:00 P.M. JST on 06 November 2026.
