Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is seeking industry capabilities to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of human performance programs. The effort focuses on integrating advanced technological tools, digital applications, and virtual delivery methods into training, education, and daily operations to enhance Warfighter performance. Key areas include sleep and recovery, injury prevention, physical training, stress management, mental and emotional health, nutrition and fueling, and mixed-method assessments. The initial proof-of-concept is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2027 at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD).
