The subject requirement is for the acquisition of the NSN listed in Attachment #1. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition. An indefinite quantity contract with a three year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. FOB Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 10/1/2026. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and small business participation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration shall not exceed five years. Based on market research the items are commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12.201-1 in its solicitation.
