The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to inspect hallway floor areas, relocate light movable items, place signage and barriers, machine-strip all existing floor finish down to the bare flooring surface, rinse and neutralize floors, allow floors to dry, apply a minimum of three coats of high-quality commercial floor wax or finish with proper curing time between coats, conduct a final inspection, remove all equipment and debris, and ensure hallways are clean, safe, and ready for use. Work must comply with facility safety requirements, ensure slip-resistant conditions, use products approved by facility management, minimize disruption to staff, and keep areas accessible per agreed scheduling.
