Base Bid Item 1 removes, disposes and cleans up existing acoustic tiles on the Salem main floor at roughly 3300 SF including offices, hallways, lobby, break room and bathrooms and furnishes and installs new surface-mounted grid, acoustic tiles and wood trim with independent support of light fixtures. Base Bid Item 2 performs the same demolition and replacement in the Salem basement at roughly 732 SF. Base Bid Item 3 installs new suspended track, additional framing, bracing and tiles at Doniphan in three areas totaling roughly 356 SF, including fire-rated tiles in Keith Holland's office. Work includes field verification, submittals, daily reports with pictures, cleanup and coordination in occupied buildings during normal working hours.
