BPA Conference Rooms and Audio Visual Systems

The work facilitates timely repair, replacement, modification and modernization of office spaces, collaboration spaces, classrooms, conference areas and Video Teleconference rooms at Picatinny Arsenal and Benet Labs, with specific requirements detailed in individual call, COOC or GPC orders. Repairs must be performed by technicians qualified on specific manufacturers equipment including projectors, A/V control systems, displays, speakers, microphones, VTC systems, digital signage and integrated furniture, with contractor-provided parts, tools and test equipment except desktop computers and laptops, coordinated installation, project schedules, submittals, warranty documents, service records, engineering drawings and security training.
