The 60th Force Support Squadron (FSS) has a sole source requirement for preventative and corrective maintenance services for the Physical Access Control System (PACS) at the USAF Fitness Center's NOSE DOCK GYM at Travis AFB IAW HAF/A1S and AFPC/SVO directives. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for complete details.
Notice: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse for any costs.
The contractor shall provide all labor and corrective maintenance necessary to support the USAF Fitness Center PACS, including annual preventive maintenance inspections (functional testing, cleaning, application updates, camera cleaning, DVR cleaning, Q&A session, up to 5 video trainings), corrective maintenance on an as-needed basis (emergency site visits within 7 days), 24/7 help desk support, and all labor and travel expenses. Parts required for repair are billed separately to USAF. Service is provided between 0800 and 1700 PST Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays; emergency response within 4 hours, normal response within 8 working hours. Covered equipment includes access control panels, Micro 5PXN-Plus boards, micro power supply, card reader interface, card readers, door locks, cameras installed by SMARTnet, Ethernet switch, Dell file server, camera power supply, and associated cable/wire system. Exclusions include vandalism, acts of God, power surge/outages, faulty wiring, existing door mechanical hardware issues, and user error.
